I ordered 4lbs of possum food that took 2 weeks to get here and it was delivered today, it had been chewed into by rats and shrink wrapped closed. I can't even use the 1lb that's left due to there being rat droppings in it. I'm very disappointed. I had already asked for a refund because I only ordered because it said ships within 1 day and I had waited weeks on it and then it came today like this

I have been using this company for a while now, and unfortunately they keep dropping the ball. They don't mind taking your money right away, but you are gonna wait up to a month to get your order. And the squirrel food has smelled rancid on several occasions. When I reached out to the company they replied with a "well we haven't had any other complaints ". They really need to get it together.

We recently opened a wholesale account with Exotic Nutrition and had a very disappointing experience. We were approved, placed an order close to $800, and met all of their stated requirements, including their $250 minimum order. Shortly after, our wholesale account was removed with the explanation that they do not allow accounts to purchase primarily cages. The issue is that nowhere on their website, wholesale application, or terms and conditions does it state that there are restrictions on product categories or that you must carry a certain mix of items to maintain an account. This policy was never disclosed prior to approval or purchase. Additionally, we were charged extra fees of $10 per box, totaling $40, for drop shipping an order directly to a customer. We paid those fees without issue, and again, there is nothing in their terms stating that shipping to a customer address is prohibited. Despite addressing it with added charges, this still seemed to factor into their decision to close our account. To remove a wholesale account immediately after accepting a large order, based on policies that are not clearly communicated, is frustrating and feels misleading. We will be sourcing

I got a cage for my bird, shipped within 2 days and arrived 2 days later, putting it together was really easy and it’s very durable, and it came with everything, including extra pieces! i’m obsessed.

My priority overnight food was lost in transit the day it was shipped, not their fault. BUT, after 4 days of waiting they said if not delivered in another 3 days to email them back for a resolution. They could have reshipped the $20 food on Friday so we would have had it Saturday. Unfortunately this was time critical food for rescued baby squirrels...
